CarrollWood Integrated Services LLC is a professional services and software company based in the San Francisco Bay area, California. We work with small businesses and e-commerce sellers to help them manage their finances, modernize their technology infrastructure, and build the tools they need to grow.
What makes us different is the combination. Most businesses looking for bookkeeping help end up at an accounting firm. Those looking for IT support find a tech consultant. Those building custom software find a development shop. We bring all three under one roof — with the ability to design solutions that actually talk to each other, because the same people built them.
Our cloud infrastructure practice is built on Amazon Web Services. We use AWS for our own products and implement it for clients — which means our recommendations come from real-world experience, not just sales literature.
Our software products grew directly out of our experience working with clients. CarrollWood Easy Inventory App was built for Amazon FBA sellers who needed a unified view of their inventory across warehouse and FBA — without the complexity or cost of enterprise tools. CWIS Intersect was built for bookkeepers managing PayPal-heavy clients, automating the transaction sync to QuickBooks Online that would otherwise mean hours of manual data entry every month. In both cases, we built the tools we wished existed.
